CHARLES DEROME, LAWYER
A graduate of the Université de Montréal and a member of the Quebec Bar since 1984, Mr. Charles Derome founded the firm Derome Avocats in 1985. He has been practicing civil and commercial law for over 30 years. He has also been a part-time lecturer at the Polytechnic School of the Université de Montréal.

Mr. Derome represents a diversified clientele, particularly in the areas of succession law, human rights law and commercial law. He has developed a vast expertise in real estate law and is able to advise you with all problems related to commercial leases, real estate sales and acquisitions, mortgage financing, construction law, co-ownership law, latent defects and neighbourhood disturbances.
